As architects, we have tried to blur the lines between the park and the building with garden units at the lowest level. Within the circular courtyard, we have brought the park into the building with a beautifully designed green circular feature garden for all the residents to enjoy. The circular form of the building provides an edge to Ratanga Park, while at the same time protecting view lines from Century Boulevard to the park, inviting the public into the park space. It’s unique shape also provides equal wide angled views to the apartments. Your views range from overlooking the Overberg mountains in the distance, Table Mountain, and the park, all the way over Century City’s lights and Tygerberg.
